During my recent city trip to Imabari, I had the pleasure of staying at the Imabari Kokusai Hotel, and I must say, it was quite the treat! With its spacious rooms offering stunning views of the Kurushima Kaikyo Bridge and the Seto Sea, I felt immediately relaxed and at home. The hotel’s location, a charming 15-minute walk from Imabari Castle, made it easy to explore the local culture and grab some delightful souvenirs, especially from the official Imabari Towel store nearby. What really stood out for me was the attentive service—each staff member treated us like welcomed guests, ensuring a cozy atmosphere throughout our stay. Plus, the breakfast spread was absolutely divine and definitely set the tone for my days exploring the beautiful scenery of the Seto Inland Sea. After a long day, indulging in the large public bath was the cherry on top, helping ease any travel aches after cycling along the scenic Shimanami Kaido with my friends!
